This was a garage build (6m x 3.5m) for a lady who wished to use it as a dog grooming parlour.
We plaster boarded (and plastered) out the inside and put in new PVC windows with a plastic fasciae and a new PVC double glazed door.
We dug an armoured cable into the ground from the garage to the house to allow an independent fuse board to be installed in the garage. In addition, we also dug in an independent water supply from the house to the garage and provided the necessary drainage to cater for waste water from the guttering and inside the garage.
It was built in compliance with all the required building regulations & specifications and took our team approximately 4 weeks to complete. This was slightly longer than a normal garage build, the extra time being as a result of the internal extras.
