This particular room was being modernised by a plumber who had taken old plaster off the wall and discovered a 15mm crack going from the ceiling to the corner of the window.
We were called in to resolve this problem and, following advice from a structural engineer, we ex meshed & strapped the wall so that it would not move any further. We then applied a render coat and bonded the wall back up straight. Finally, the wall was re-plastered enabling the plumber to continue his work in the room.
