This was a garage build at St Osyth, Point Clear. 6m by 3.5m for a lady who wishes to use it as a dog grooming parlour so we’ve actually plaster boarded out the inside and plastered it and put in new PVC windows with a plastic fasciae and a new PVC double glazed door.
We have also dug an armoured cable into the ground from the garage to the house to allow an independent fuse board to be installed in the garage. We have also dug in an independent water supply from the house to the garage and also new drainage for waste water for the guttering and for also waste water from inside the garage.
It has also been done to builder regulation building specification and has took around 4 weeks to do purely because it is larger than a normal garage and extras done inside including plasterboard inside.
We have also done several pieces of work for this lady in the past who has provided a reference which is in the reference section under Miss Jill Bowman. |
