These out buildings were in need of renovation and structural improvement. The roof’s had to be totally stripped back and new structural wood fixed in where the timbers had rotted away. Some section of walls and up to apex had to be rebuilt. One of the door ways had to be removed and blocked up. One internal wall had to be knocked down totally, new flat roof on one section and a new felt and batten on the rest. All the slats were reused on the roof and all the outside walls were scratch coated and top coated with a render, some of the internal had to be wired with x mesh and rendered, some new doors were put on, new guttering and all rendered work painted and new fascia boards and all rendered wall were painted with Santex white. We have done several pieces of work for this customer. |
