This particular room was being modernised by a plumber who had took old plaster off the wall and discovered a 15mm crack going from the ceiling to the corner of the window. We got a call to solve this problem and before proceeding, got advice from a structural engineer. Following his advice we ex meshed and strapped the wall so that it would not move any further and then applied a render coat and bonded the wall back up straight. Finally, the wall was re-plastered, enabling the plumber to continue his work in the room. |
